In the course of promotional events for his book “Building The Perfect Body,”
Yash Birla at the Body Temple
Total Fitness Care Gym, Rishikesh, shared his ideologies with the people in the presence of great dignitaries like Shri Deep Sharma – General Secretary and Ex-Chairman of Municipal Corporation Rishikesh, Shri Ruhaan Bharadwaj – Singer, Swami Bhramanand – Spiritual speaker, Shambhu Paswan, and Sonu Kashyap – Gym instructor.
Yash Birla, a powerful industrialist, has the ideal blend of a professional demeanour and physical condition. Yash Birla is the author of “Building The Perfect Body,” yet it is more than just a fitness manual. Rather it is a look at his entire fitness experience. It concentrates on one fundamental yet significant idea: fitness is a mental as well as a physical game. Yash is the ultimate seeker, and he is driven to pursue his dual interests in wellness and beauty through his never-ending search for mystical answers.
Yash Birla told the journalists present at the event that in the book he has talked about how exercising has helped to improve his body and mentioned his life experiences. In the book, he described the utility of the gym and said that exercise is not a work of a day or two, instead, we should be consistent with exercising even if it means that we have to exercise three or four days a week.
It is better to be consistent and exercise for a fair amount of time every day instead of sweating for hours in the gym. Additionally, he said that gym goers should focus on a healthy and balanced diet and suggested they include fruits, vegetables, and dairy primarily and to avoid the easily available junk food in the market. He wants the younger generation to be more aware of their health as well as take care of themselves and pay more attention to building their perfect body. Furthermore, he advised the youth to stay away from any kind of intoxicant; this was all discussed by Yash Birla at the Body Temple Total Fitness Care Gym, Rishikesh.
